Fears or Phobias

Fear is an anxiety surrounding something or someone we may perceive as a threat. It can prevent you from enjoying your life to the full and from taking advantage of the many opportunities life has to offer.

Phobia is an anxiety disorder which is persistent, intense and appears to be beyond your control. It genuinely keeps you from doing something and can be very life-limiting.

The two fears we are born with, those which are innate in us as humans are fear of falling and fear of loud noises. The rest have been acquired during our lifetime, usually very quickly! Much of the work I do with clients is helping them eliminate their fears and phobias.

Fears and phobias on their own can, in the majority of cases, are eliminated in one session, sometimes two.The fears and phobias I help with the most frequently are:

Fear of flying
Fear of heights
Fear of animals (dogs, spiders)
Fear of public speaking
Fear of driving
Fear of germs

TFT and NLP are incredibly effective at eliminating both fears and phobias
quickly, effectively and in most cases permanently!

I treat fears and phobias on their own, in just one or two sessions.
