What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an altered state of mind. The state of hypnosis, also known as trance, doesn't feel very different to the waking state. It is like being deeply relaxed yet still having awareness of what's going on around you.
In this altered state of mind, of deep relaxation, we can communicate more effectively with our unconscious minds. I can help you achieve this state and by communicating with your unconscious mind, help you change unwanted behaviours or achieve desired outcomes in your life.
As a hypnotherapist, I can help you achieve this deeply relaxed state but I can't force you do anything against your will.
With my client's permission, I occasionally use hypnosis to complement the work done in a session or at the end to help incorporate all the positive changes achieved.
